Accrued Hours Limits

Organizations using the payroll module within Microsoft Dynamics GP realize that the vacation and sick leave accruals do not have any kind of limit associated with them.

Accrued Hours Limits allows users to define default maximums for vacation and sick leave hours accrued. These maximum vacation and sick hour accrued are defined at the company, the employee class and employee levels. Additionally, users can define exception logic to allow qualified staff to exceed those limits based on years of service.
